What we collect

Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping address and card details; we see everything except the card. We use them to ship your order and to answer support email. We do not create an account for you and we do not run a mailing list.

Tracking on this site

This site loads no analytics or ad pixels and sets no cookies of its own. The checkout page is hosted by Stripe and is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payment, tax calculation, receipt email), our supplier and the carrier (name, address and phone, to make and deliver the parcel). Nobody else. We do not sell or share the list.

How long we keep it

Order records stay in Stripe for as long as Stripe keeps them, which is at least the period tax and card-dispute rules require (currently seven years for tax records). We keep no separate copy.

Your rights

Email nate@sproultech.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days. Deletion cannot remove records we must keep for tax purposes.
