The sale

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we hand the parcel to the carrier. We can cancel and refund any order before dispatch (for example if the supplier is out of stock or the price was listed wrongly), and we will tell you by email if we do.

Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free within the US. Sales tax is calculated at checkout for your shipping address and shown before you pay.

Product

Product details and photos describe the item as supplied to us. Colour may differ slightly from the photo. Follow the supplier's temperature limit printed on the product or its packaging; do not use it over an open flame or under a broiler element.

Returns and refunds

See the refund policy. It forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this clause removes protections you have under the consumer law of the state where you live.
