Returns

Return the item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, for a refund of the purchase price plus any sales tax charged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. Email first so we can send the return address.

Damaged or wrong item

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full, including any tax charged. Keep the packaging until it is sorted.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days after dispatch we reship or refund in full, your choice.

Cancelling

Email before the order ships and we cancel and refund in full. Once it has shipped, use the return process above.

How refunds are paid

Back to the original card through Stripe within 5 business days of our approval; allow a further 5-10 business days for your bank to show it.
